In Oz: This Lightless Evening
* An escalation by BeautifulExperience *
There's nothing attractive in gas stations for me, but there are a lot of things that attract me to your pictures.
First there are the titles: They are well chosen and give your images deeper meanings, and they're always poetic - even in this category called Scrapbook.
Then there's the way you perform in front of your camera. It's performing, not posing, and that makes a great difference. But performing's not meant in the way that you're acting, oh no: Performing is being, being as close to your true self as possible.
The last thing is really important for me: You're not running after such things as pageviews and popularity. Your gallery's about your art, your personal Garden State, and your art is in many cases so excellent that it shows a glimpse of your soul.
This Lightless Evening is not about gas stations, it's about a close friendship, and the picture shows that it doesn't matter where you are or what time it is when you're having fun with a dear person. Moments are like windows, and we open many windows during our lifetime. Sometimes taking a photo is like opening a window for all of us. Thank you for taking me there, 'cause I sincerely enjoy the view.
